Football Club Changing Room Renovation

Football Club Changing Room Renovation

A renovation we carried out last summer for Ilford Football Club. They had a derelict building that hadn’t been touched in over 20 years, and needed it turned into a home and away changing room, as well as a cabin on the side for the referee’s room. They had a budget we had to work with so we provided a basic, simple job for them so it could be used for the coming season.
We knocked down walls internally, plastered, bricked up other openings, ran new electrics, installed 2 x hot water cylinders and ran new pipe work to provide new plumbing for home and away showers, installed new toilets and basins, installed new basic benching for the players, screeded the floor, cut away 20 years of overgrown greenery from outside, fitted new showers, tiled and installed PVC cladding to match club colours, decorated and left a nice finish. Also installed a referee’s room in a client-supplied container, installing an electric shower, basin, toilet, and flooring.
