Commercial bathroom renovation on their site in Hendon
Work Involved:
Remove signage/mirrors and set aside for re-install
Isolate and remove all existing sink/toilets/toilet roll holders
Remove all upstands and existing polysafe flooring
*Remove all related waste pipework to allow repair to wall/upstand
**Remove urinals to make repairs to lower sections of wall
Cut out and replace rotten sections of wall with new.
Make necessary adjustment to pipework for new shower and
tray position/waste/water feed/platform for tray etc.
Install Polysafe flooring with black upstand
Install new sinks/taps and connect to existing waste pipes
Re-instate urinals
Install new cubicles
Install new shower tray/shower unit/Perspex acrylic sheets x 3
New shower curtain and pole.
Install new toilet roll holders, re-install mirrors and signage.
Silicone all areas
tray position/waste/water feed/platform for tray etc.
Install Polysafe flooring with black upstand
Install new sinks/taps and connect to existing waste pipes
Re-instate urinals
Install new cubicles
Install new shower tray/shower unit/Perspex acrylic sheets x 3
New shower curtain and pole.
Install new toilet roll holders, re-install mirrors and signage.

This client was so please with our bathroom refurbishment last year, they asked us back to renovate 2 x shower rooms at their site in NW London. We ripped out existing wall surfaces, plumbing appliances, and flooring, replace with new shower tray, cubicle, electric shower, overhead shower, Polysafe commercial flooring, PVC white wall panels, extractor fan and heater, completed over Easter Holidays so their was no disruption to the working site.
Works included:
Full rip-out of old surfaces, appliances and flooring
New shower trays, cubicles and electric showers
Overhead showers for added comfort
Polysafe commercial-grade flooring
White PVC hygienic wall panels
New extractor fan and heater installations
